The Hek is going solo tomorrow on the WEDNESDAY MORNING SPECIAL BLEND. We’re going to have a really cool segment called “Sounds of a Calgary Grey Cup Breakfast.” Noel and I taped this last Friday at Ottawa City Hall during the Grey Cup festivities.
