Agreed. The Indiana Jones scene is second only to the positively brilliant "Great Escape" parody (i.e. Maggie liberating the pacifiers in that fascistic day care centre) in the episode "A Streetcar Named Marge".
In the Milhouse-Samantha episode, I like also how you can hear the Marseillaise (the French national anthem) playing in the background as Bart & Milhouse are leaving the nuns' school that Samantha was sent to. Quite funny and clever, even if inaccurate (the school is run by French-Canadian nuns, not Europeans). However, I quibble ;-)

Classic clip - one of my favourites :-)
The "Milhouse-Samantha" episode has some classic moments; including the Indiana Jones opening.
