The Hek did so many push-ups today and it was all for a great cause: the CKCU funding drive. In total, I was able to raise $125 and when you add that to what the hour-two host brought in, the Thursday Blend came very close to hitting the $1000 mark. I actually felt good after doing all those push-ups. I should exercise more often.

Now, The Hek will turn his attention to the first show of 2005-06 year for the Carleton Improv Association. We've got some cool new members this year and I guarantee you'll have a good laugh when you watch us. The show is on Saturday, November 5th, 7:30pm, Commons Grill in the Residence Commons building on the Carleton University Campus. Come one, come all!
