Today was one of those productive days when you feel you accomplished a lot. Some highlites for your entertainment.

After doing the second hour of the Monday Blend, I returned to CKCU in the afternoon to record an interview with an organizer from the Ottawa Anime Convention. We finished the interview when for some reason, Cool Edit Pro decided to malfunction, totally deleting the interview. Sheepishly, I told the organizer what happened and asked if we could do it again. He said sure and was totally understanding. We recorded the interview for a second time and it saved properly. Huzzah for understanding people.

Following this, I went over to the Bank Street Medical Centre to meet a specialist for my toe. He decided that the best course of action to take would be to take the nail off and inject a chemical that would kill the cells near the sides of my toe. This means that I would grow back a much narrower toe-nail. The procedure is slated for next Monday.

Specialists are an interesting kind of medical people. What in the world could possibly motivate people to dedicate their life to one particular part of the body. Like the specialist I met today; what made him decide to focus on feet? Is the money better? Is it an area of the body that lacks specialists? Does he have a mysterious foot fetish? Was he ever fascinated by feet?

In closing, The Hek feels his life would be better if he had a car. Anyone want to give me a car?

Your conclusion had nothing to do with the opening paragraph or body. Therefore I give your blog entry a C.
